Artist Statement

I believe all humans of an innate desire to create. I have always felt that desire to create. Drawing on kitchen walls as a toddler, making makeshift mazes from paper and tape, making comics with friends, and making houses for toys from trash. As I grew older, that desire to create never faded. It just took on different forms. I started exploring different art forms and found that I had a passion for learning everything I could about art. Every new medium I’m introduced to makes me fall more and more in love with art. Each art form has its own unique way of expressing emotions and telling a story, and I love the challenge of mastering them all. Despite the challenges and uncertainties that come with pursuing a career in the arts, I know that it's what I'm meant to do. I can't imagine living a life where I don't get to create and share my art with the world. It's not just a job or a hobby, it's a part of who I am, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
