DADA Poster
This is a poster I designed for my Advanced InDesign class. We were told to pick our favorite art movement or period and make a poster with an infographic of some sort on the backside. I chose the DADA movement because of its radical and subversive approach to art, which I love. I am interested in exploring avant-garde movements that challenge established norms, question authority, and reject traditional artistic conventions, so working on this was quite a lot of fun.
Artist Statement
I am 24 years old and I was born and raised in Peru. When I was 17 I moved to the U.S. to pursue a degree in business, and while I do like everything business, especially marketing, I have always had a passion for art, design, and visual storytelling. Therefore, I recently began my graphic design journey by going back to school and enrolling in SLCC for a graphic design degree.
With a blend of creativity and strategic thinking, I specialize in branding, illustration, print, and editorial design, bringing a unique perspective to every project.
